What Is Pazaryeri Bot? Features and Who It Suits

Pazaryeri Bot - 05.05.2026

Pazaryeri Bot: multi-marketplace integration, shared stock, order and return management, AI question answering and profitability from real commission data.

Pazaryeri Bot is marketplace integration and automation software that manages Trendyol, Hepsiburada, ÇiçekSepeti, Pazarama, n11, Amazon, PttAVM and Etsy stores from one panel. It brings stock, orders, returns and customer questions into a single flow, and calculates profitability from the order's real commission returned by the API. Setup is done by entering API keys; no server or developer is required.

Which work does it take over?

Manual management multiplies four jobs with store count, and the software takes those over first.

Stock synchronisation. When a sale happens in one store, stock drops in the others through a shared pool. This prevents the same physical product appearing as sellable on two channels at once — that is, overselling.

Order flow. Orders from every marketplace land in one list and can be sorted by shipping deadline. Shipping labels are printed in bulk.

Returns and claims. Return requests collect in one panel; the incoming parcel is verified by barcode scan and resellable stock goes back in.

Customer questions. Questions from marketplaces gather in one queue and a draft reply is generated from product data.

How does it calculate profitability?

This is where it diverges from other tools: realised profitability is calculated from the order's own commission data, not an estimated rate.

Trendyol's order and settlement API returns the real commission rate and amount for that line, with seller tier, brand agreements and campaign effects already reflected. The estimated rate from the category table is used only for pre-sale pricing decisions.

Beyond commission, the platform service fee, shipping and the return share also enter the calculation. On low-margin products, whether those lines are included is the difference between profit and loss.

What does the AI side do?

AI is used in three places, and in all three the decision stays with a human:

Hard-to-reverse actions such as return approval, discounts and cancellation are not automated; that is a deliberate boundary.

How long does setup take?

The connection itself takes minutes: you take the API key from the marketplace seller panel, enter it, and the first sync begins.

What extends the project is not the connection but catalog preparation. In a catalog with consistent barcodes and SKUs, post-sync verification takes a few hours. In one with missing or hand-entered codes, the real work is cleanup.

A realistic plan: set up the connection in a day, enable automation only on verified products in the first week, and widen coverage as catalog cleanup progresses.

Who is it for, and who is it not for?

A fit: sellers operating across several marketplaces or several stores, whose product count has grown beyond manual tracking, and whose return and question volume interrupts daily work.

Possibly not needed yet: sellers with a single store, few products and low order volume. At that scale manual management works and the return on automation is limited.

The deciding criterion is not store count but the amount of repeated work: once you are repeating the same job as many times as you have stores, automation starts paying.

Pricing and trial

For plans and current prices see the pricing page, where trial length and plan scope are kept up to date. The number of stores you can connect varies by plan.

You can also use the commission and profit calculator without creating an account.

Where to start
