MediaMarkt Integration: Offers, Orders and Stock

The MediaMarkt integration connects your MediaMarkt Türkiye Marketplace seller account to the PazaryeriBot panel. The MediaMarkt seller panel runs on Mirakl; the API key from the seller panel is enough to connect. Orders arrive in the panel and price and stock are updated in one place.

What is MediaMarkt Türkiye Marketplace?

MediaMarkt Türkiye Marketplace is a marketplace on mediamarkt.com.tr open to third-party sellers. MediaMarkt presents it as a growth platform in consumer electronics.

The range is broad: computers, mobile phones, TVs, cameras, game consoles, large and small home appliances, plus DIY, hobby, toy, sports and outdoor products.

What do you need for the MediaMarkt integration?

The MediaMarkt seller panel runs on Mirakl. The only required credential is the API key: in the MediaMarkt seller panel open the user menu at the top right → Personal settings → API key.

The panel address and shop ID are optional. If you leave the panel address empty, mediamarktsaturn.mirakl.net is used; if your seller panel is on a different "…mirakl.net" address, enter that. The shop ID is only needed if one user manages several shops.

What works in the MediaMarkt integration and what is not there yet?

Working: offer (product) list, order flow, price and stock updates and accepting pending orders (Start Processing). Orders arrive in the panel; stock and prices are managed in one place together with your other stores.

Not implemented yet: customer Q&A, returns and creating new product cards from the panel. On Mirakl a seller usually opens an offer on the operator's catalogue product via EAN matching; a new product card needs a separate import and operator approval.

Two things to know: on Mirakl a price/stock update resends the whole offer, so channel prices may be reset if you use them. Orders you do not accept are cancelled by the marketplace when the deadline passes.

Can MediaMarkt and other marketplaces sell from the same stock?

Yes. If you sell the same product on MediaMarkt and other marketplaces, the shared stock pool keeps physical stock in one place and a sale in any store is deducted from the pool, so the same unit is not sold twice.

How do you measure profit correctly on MediaMarkt sales?

Profit is not just the sale price minus commission. The real profit of an order is what remains after commission, shipping, any platform service fee, return cost and the product's purchase cost. Some of these become final only when the settlement is issued, not at the moment of sale, so any calculation at the time of sale is by definition an estimate.

The right method has two stages. Before the sale, a category-based estimated rate is used for the pricing decision; the aim is to block a loss-making price up front. After the sale, the most accurate source is the order itself: the marketplace's order and settlement data carries the real deductions for that line. The realised profitability report should use that value, not the estimate.

The marketplace sets the commission rate by category and contract. If the rate is not officially published, use the rate in your own contract; pricing with another seller's figure or a blog post's number silently produces the wrong margin.

What should you check on day one after setting up the MediaMarkt integration?

Right after the first sync, the most important job is to verify barcode and SKU matching. If matching is wrong, automatic updates write stock to the wrong product, and you often notice only when a wrong order arrives.

The second check is price: confirm by hand on a few products that the price in the panel matches the marketplace sale price. The third is a stock buffer; marketplace queues are not instant, so leaving a small buffer on best sellers is the cheapest insurance against overselling.

Finally, turn on notifications: alerts for orders close to their shipping deadline and stock reaching a critical level make late-shipment penalties and cancellation risk visible before they grow.

How should product data be prepared for MediaMarkt?

Whether the integration runs smoothly depends largely on clean product data. Each product needs a unique barcode (EAN/GTIN) and your own SKU; giving the same barcode to two different products is the most common reason stock updates are written to the wrong line.

Product name, brand and variant details such as colour and size should follow the marketplace's category rules. On marketplaces with a category tree like MediaMarkt, picking the wrong category can keep a product out of search or get it rejected at approval.

Images and descriptions also affect sales directly: clear images on a white background showing the whole product, plus a short description with size, material and usage details, reduce customer questions and returns.
