Trendyol Integration: Setup, Sync and Profitability
Trendyol integration connects your Trendyol seller account to a management panel over the API, automatically flowing products, stock, prices, orders, returns and customer questions. Setup is completed by entering the API key from the Trendyol Partner panel; no separate server or developer is needed.
How is Trendyol integration set up?
Setup starts in the Trendyol Partner panel. Under Integration Information you generate an API Key, API Secret and Supplier ID. Entering these three values into the integration software establishes the connection and starts the first sync: your existing products, open orders and pending customer questions are pulled into the panel.
How long the first sync takes depends on catalog size. The only task at this stage is checking that products matched correctly by barcode and SKU. If matching is correct you can enable stock and price automation; if not, fix the catalog first, because a mismatched product will write the wrong stock level back to Trendyol once automation is on.
- Trendyol Partner → Account Info → Integration Information
- Copy the API Key, API Secret and Supplier ID
- PazaryeriBot → Stores → add a Trendyol store
- Wait for the first sync, verify barcode matching
- Enable automatic stock and price updates
Which operations does Trendyol integration automate?
Integration takes over four operations. Order flow: new orders land in the panel, picking and packing status is managed there, shipping labels are printed in bulk. Stock: stock drops on sale, and across other stores too if a shared pool is used. Returns and claims: return requests collect in one list and incoming parcels are verified by scanning a barcode. Customer questions: questions from Trendyol are queued and a draft answer is generated from product data.
On top of these sits an alert layer: notifications for orders approaching their shipping deadline, stock falling to critical level, and unanswered questions. Because much of Trendyol's seller scoring depends on these three timing metrics, the alert layer directly protects your store rating.
How does Trendyol commission enter the profit calculation?
Trendyol commission is not a single flat rate: it is set per category and subcategory, can vary with seller tier, and is published VAT-inclusive. Adding VAT on top of that rate produces roughly a 20% double count and distorts the profit calculation.
For pre-sale pricing decisions, an estimated rate from the category table is used. But when calculating the profit of an order that has actually happened, the most accurate source is the order itself: the Trendyol order and settlement API returns the real commission rate and amount for that line. PazaryeriBot stores this value on the order line and uses it — not the estimate — in realised profitability.
Beyond commission, shipping cost and the platform service fee enter the profit calculation. These are updated through contract protocols; keeping them updatable from one place removes the need to revise tables by hand on every price change.
Can several Trendyol stores be managed at once?
Yes. For sellers running more than one store on the same marketplace, the real problem is stock sharing: if you list the same physical product in two stores and a sale in one does not deduct from the other, overselling is inevitable.
A shared stock pool solves this at pool level. Physical stock is held in a single pool, distributed to stores by rule, and any sale deducts from the pool. Two stores therefore never show the same 10 units as 10 units each.
What are the most common Trendyol integration mistakes?
Four mistakes recur, and all four are preventable at setup. Barcode inconsistency: if the same product carries a different barcode on Trendyol than in your own catalog, matching is built wrong and automation updates the stock of the wrong item. Variant confusion: if colour and size variants are matched as one product, the stock of one variant gets written to another.
Adding VAT to commission: Trendyol publishes rates VAT-inclusive; adding VAT on top produces roughly a 20% double count and makes profit look lower than it is. On low-margin products this leads directly to a wrong pricing decision. Not seeing sync failures: when an API key expires or permissions change, synchronisation can stop silently while the panel keeps showing stale data. Surfacing the error to the user matters as much as the integration itself.
Checking these four during the first week after setup closes most of the stock and price problems that would otherwise appear months later.
Which market does Trendyol serve and in which currency do you sell?
Trendyol is a Turkish marketplace: the buyer is in Turkey, sales settle in TRY and delivery goes through contracted carriers. In the panel this store’s orders are held in TRY and profit is calculated in the same currency — no exchange conversion is involved.
The practical meaning is that costs sit in the same currency. If you buy in TRY and sell in TRY, the only things eroding your margin are commission, shipping and returns; there is no currency risk. That changes if you import your goods — then the purchase cost depends on the exchange rate, and which rate you priced against starts to matter.
If you sell the same product here and on a foreign marketplace, both stores can draw from one stock pool — but price rules should be set separately, because the commission structure and buyer expectations are not the same in the two markets.
How do you become an Trendyol seller from Turkey or from abroad?
FROM TURKEY: Because this is a Turkish marketplace, the natural seller profile is a tax-registered sole trader or company established in Turkey. Applications go through Trendyol’s own seller channel and the marketplace sets the acceptance criteria. Those criteria change over time, so no fixed document list is given here; always confirm current requirements on the Trendyol seller page.
Preparing these speeds the process: tax registration and legal entity records, a bank account able to receive payouts, product images and descriptions, and barcodes. If you sell a brand, a trademark registration or authorised reseller document may be requested — this varies by category.
FROM ABROAD: Whether a seller not established in Turkey can open a store here, and what additional conditions would apply, is the marketplace’s own decision and changes over time. So we do not say "yes" or "no" here; the right address is the marketplace’s own seller application page. On the integration side there is no difference: wherever the store was opened, it connects to the panel with the same credentials.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I get the Trendyol API key?
In the Trendyol Partner panel, under Account Information → Integration Information, you can see the API Key, API Secret and Supplier ID. These three values are enough for integration.
Does integration affect my Trendyol store rating?
It does not change the score directly, but it improves the behaviours that determine it: early warnings for late shipments, faster answers to customer questions, and prevention of oversell-driven cancellations are the three main items that protect a store rating.
Is VAT added to Trendyol commission?
No. The commission rates Trendyol publishes are VAT-inclusive. Adding VAT on top causes roughly a 20% double count and misstates profit.
How many products can be synchronised?
The product ceiling depends on your subscription plan. Technically, synchronisation is paginated (cursor-based); large catalogs are pulled in chunks rather than all at once, so catalog size does not break the connection.
